A Drone Show Tailored to Your Occasion

By Antonio Liska •

Small-scale drone light show with vivid lighting effects

The most memorable part of a drone show is the moment that feels made for the people watching: a shape with a personal meaning, a company milestone in the sky, or a reveal that brings a community together.

Start with the person, occasion, or story you want to celebrate. We can help tailor the design, scale, and setting around it.

Let the idea lead

A proposal might build toward a question. A wedding show might mark a new shared name or bring the evening to a close. A private party might celebrate a person, a milestone, or an inside story.

A business event can turn a logo or milestone into a shared celebration. A holiday show can give a city gathering a finale people watch together. City events are a regular part of our work, and each community brings its own story.

Choose the one thing you want the audience to remember. Clear shapes and a focused sequence give the design room to work.

How small can the show be?

Start with the design and where the audience will watch, then choose the drone count with us. Our show options include a real 60-drone wedding example to help you start the conversation.

Fewer drones give you fewer points to draw with. That can suit simple forms, while detailed lettering or artwork may need more. Send us your logo, main artwork, or the moment you want to create before committing to a count. We can talk through what will read clearly in the sky and how many drones it may need.

Give the venue an early check

Every event needs an appropriate place for the operation and a good view for the audience. Send the venue address and tell us where you expect people to gather.

If you are choosing between locations, include them both. It is easier to shape the show around a suitable site than to redesign it after the venue is fixed.

Our venue guide explains what to think about before you book.

A real wedding at The Castle at Rockwall

The ground setup for a 60-drone wedding show at The Castle at Rockwall.

For this evening wedding, we put together a six-minute show with 60 drones and a moonlit backdrop. The wedding package was $4,500.

That was the package price for this event. The calculator’s $120-per-drone figure is a starting point for planning; wedding packages can be priced differently according to the show specifications and customization.

Bring us your venue, date, budget, and the moment you want to create. Send your names, logo, or main artwork if you have it, and we can talk through the design and drone count together.

Talk about the budget early

Drone Show Guys shows start at $3,000, and DFW wedding shows can start at $4,500. Specifications and customization affect the price, and we have produced shows below the calculator’s $120-per-drone planning rate.

You do not need to arrive with a finished show to get a useful conversation. Tell us your budget and which part of the idea matters most.

Mileage charges apply outside DFW. We focus on Texas and surrounding states, with farther events by arrangement.

Plan the reveal as part of the evening

Think about what happens just before the audience looks up. It might be a speech, the end of dinner, or a moment in the music.

Tell us how the show fits the event, who is coordinating the schedule, and whether the reveal is a surprise. Those details help us discuss the right design and timing with you.

Start with your moment

Send your date, venue, budget, and the idea you keep coming back to. Include your logo or main artwork if you have it. You do not need a finished design or drone count to start a conversation.
