Drone shows are priced per drone, starting at $120. Our proprietary Robota RG3 system — animation software and flight hardware in one platform — eliminates the middlemen and the extra man-hours that inflate industry pricing. That's how a real 20-drone show starts at $3,000 when much of the industry won't pick up the phone for less than five figures.
What moves the number:
- Show size — more drones, more visual possibilities.
- Location — we're based in Dallas and travel the 48 states; distance adds cost.
- Date — peak celebration dates like July 4th and New Year's Eve book out fast and have run up to 2× the standard rate.
- Integrations — music synchronization and pyro coordination each add production work, priced at the same rate.
- What you bring — providing buffer-zone security or a permitted venue takes real cost off our side, and off your quote.
A useful sanity check: divide the estimate by your expected audience. Most events land between $5 and $15 per attendee — often cheaper than fireworks once cleanup and permits are counted.
